HFHF is a state-certified treatment provider for 290 registrants. Our program for this specialized service is referred to as The Phoenix Program. This program has four state-certified providers ranging from licensed and associate levels. The Phoenix Program offers therapeutic services on a sliding scale and offers flexible hours.
