Hi, my name is Lori Thompson. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Brandman University. I consider it to be an honor to accompany you on your therapeutic journey. I use a genuine, caring, accepting and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I utilize a variety of orientations based on your individual needs. I have a strength-based, positive perspective and work with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, other mental health issues, unresolved emotional issues, self-empowerment and personal growth, loss and grief, relationships, family and parenting concerns. I have experience working with individuals and couples who come from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I specialize in working with individuals and families with substance abuse and addictions, co-occurring disorders and involvement in the criminal justice system.
