My name is Manveer and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Hope for Healthy Families. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, but I now call the Sacramento area my home. I completed my BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development at California State University, San Bernardino. I spent the next few years working as a Behavior Therapist and Family Services Support Expert at an Autism center before deciding to continue my education. I am currently a doctoral level student at Alliant International University in Sacramento. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and judgement free environment to share ideas, feelings and thoughts. I believe the client is the expert on their life, so I do not work from a singular theoretical approach. I feel your sessions should be customized to fit your needs. I am bilingual in English and Punjabi. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
